The more you share, the better the first reply: favorite areas, desired acreage, must-haves like shops or horse facilities, timeline, and any well or zoning questions. If you are not sure yet, a few keywords are plenty.
Buyer representation: we work every acreage listing across the nine areas and know the well, septic, and zoning story on the parcels we show.
Seller representation: acreage markets to a different buyer, out-of-state and on a timeline, with land questions first. We price and prepare accordingly.
