New construction tracker

What's being built across the Treasure Valley, month by month.

This tracker rounds up new residential developments, builder incentives, and building-permit news across the Treasure Valley, with a source link on every item. It is updated monthly, and anything date-sensitive here should be confirmed with the builder or the city before you rely on it.

How to read this page: refreshed October 15, 2026. Lot releases, phase timing, and builder promotions move quickly, so treat every timeline and every incentive as a starting point and confirm the current details with the developer, the builder, or the city. Our notes describe the homes and lots themselves, never who is suited to live in them.
